Brent Council is issuing ‘fly-tipping’ Fixed Penalty Notice (FPN) to a resident who illegally dumped rubbish in the borough following new powers give to local authorities across the country. This week we have reported fly-tipping again, to Brent Council on Sandhurst Road Queensbury at the corner of Princes Avenue, the area is regularly being fly-tipped.
People dumping rubbish will be issued with a £200 FPN and has 14 days to pay it or face further legal proceedings. We love the borough we live in and have been reporting fly-tipping regularly to make Brent a cleaner and greener borough. If you know anyone fly-tipping, do let us know and we will report and follow this up on behalf of the residents to Brent Council.
“Like most of our residents, Brent North Conservatives wants a cleaner and greener area that we can all be proud of, so we wholeheartedly welcome these new powers to help us crack down on the selfish and destructive behaviour of a minority of people who are ruining our neighbourhoods in Brent.”
