It’s disappointing that Brent Council has approved buildings up to 21storeys high to be built next to Wembley park Station.
“we agreed with residents that Brook Avenue was unsuitable for high rises. It’s out of character for local area and would deprive residents of natural light. We also need to think about where all these residents will park!” Conservative Councillor Michael Maurice said.
However, despite the Wembley Area Action plan making it clear only apartments of 10 storeys would be allowed. Brent Council have gone against their planning policy to approve huge tower blocks. Only conservative councillor Michael Maurice voted against this. Dose this effect you? Let us Know.
